ingredients:
2 sticks of butter, softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 Tablespoon peppermint extract
(the good stuff. Don’t cheap out, you bastard)*
2-1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup Valrhona cocoa powder (again, don’t cheap out)*
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate milk
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
