I'm in the process of consolidating my 1600+ 2 year archive.
I have lots of cupcake posts to write and photos to publish on Zen Cupcake. As a result of the 22 month long campaign of relentless computer hacking, blogging, once my passion, became an impossibility.
Let me extend my deepest apologies to each and every one of you who spared the time and cupcakes to meet with me for interviews and networking. I promise to catch up and publish all long overdue posts.
I may fall down but I promise you, I'm always the one left standing.

While blog hopping, I fell in love with these warm and fuzzy cupcakes. Each one is cuter than the next. They are lovingly created by Jou Ling, the plush designer of Amigurumi Kingdom. Her website contains links to her Etsy store and a gallery of her cupcake crafts for sale.
You can view Jou Ling's full Flickr set of Amigurumi Cupcakes here. By the way, Amirgurumi was featured on the Martha Stewart Showon March 23, 2009.

Each mouthful was full of chewy mango bits. The frosting to cupcake ratio was perfect.
Stella of Rio de Janeiro created these sweet cupcakes as a tribute to the late King of Pop. Although Stella's blog is written in Portugese, the message is clear in any language. Michael Jackson's music transcended all language barriers.
