Cupcakes Make People Happy

We don't like Sedgwick Detert General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon because he advocates violence and degradation against women. Worse, he is a mean old lawyer. Mr. Michael B. McGeehon believes in covering up and concealing his Psycho Attorney's wrongdoing rather than rather than putting an end to his ongoing criminal conduct and computer hacking. Apparently, Mr. McGeehon has never heard of the concept of "ratification."
Anyway, I digress... Cupcake people are happy people. The sign above says so. We think Mr. Michael B. McGeehon should eat a cupcake because he needs a new attitude. Real quick. Call it kismet or serendipity, but the Sprinkles Cupcakemobile will be in San Francisco on Monday, December 14, 2009 at Justin Herman Plaza. Mr. Michael B. McGeehon's office is located at One Market Plaza in the Steuart Tower, within spitting distance of the plaza. Coincidence? I think not.
We know the address, because we stopped by the Sedgwick Detert office a couple of weeks ago to drop off a document that required Mr. McGeehon's attention. We'll be returning to San Francisco late this evening. Speaking of One Market Street, next week we need to serve a Subpoena Duces Tecum ("SDT") on Mr. Michael B. McGeehon. We're utilizing the power of the court to compel production of the email he illegally obtained as a result of the criminal conduct of his Psycho Attorney's and the Sedgwick Detert computer hackers. We also need to serve a SDT on the Sedgwick Detert PMK and Custodian of Records. While we're downtown we plan to meet our friends for lunch at the Ferry Building. It's one of our favorite things to do. We'll close on that happy note.
