Once again, you have been violently stalking me online since April 13, 2010. Your presence serves no legitimate purpose and is harassment because it constitutes a threat to my personal safety and well being.
Dice Kusaba was served with a restraining order on March 8, 2010. Dice Kusaba made the stupid choice to amp up his campaign of cyberstalking and threats. As a result thereof, Dice Kusaba will serve time in jail and be ordered to make financial restitution for the hacked computer equipment, iPhones and smartphones he and fellow computer hacker Jon Wheatley intentionally damaged in a calculated scheme to threaten and intimidate me into dropping criminal charges against Dice Kusaba.
Unless each and everyone of you want to appear before a Nevada judge to answer civil and criminal charges for your unilateral campaign of cyberstalking, you better find a clue real quick and get off my blog NOW!
Attention attorney Mitchell Fenton of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith: I strongly suggest you advise your psychopath clients to stop cyberstalking and threatening me. Toni is already a defendant in one lawsuit, I doubt her insurance company, The Hartford Group, would fund her defense in a second litigation.
By the way, I suspect the Hartford Group will pull the plug on paying Mike and Toni's defense in the instant action. When The Hartford Group learns they are victims of Sedgwick Detert psycho attorney Joseph R. McFaul and J. Craig Williams' insurance fraud I would think Hartford would be disinclined to defend Toni's willful and intentional cybertstalking and libel.
Indeed, I don't think Hartford wrote Toni and Michael Towe a policy of insurance to cover psycho attorney Joseph R. McFaul's payments to notorious computer hackers Ryan Daisuke Kusaba aka Dice Kusaba and his partner-in-crime Jon Wheatley and his Dailybooth.com hacking crew to repeatedly break into my computers and smartphones.
