A Prayer and a Cupcake for Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold's General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon

Reputation is very important, especially to a lawyer. As an officer of the court, a lawyer is an extension of the legal system. A lawyer is prohibited from bringing disgrace and ill-repute to the legal system. Indeed, State Bar canons of ethics require a lawyer to act in a manner that inspires CONFIDENCE and not aversion to the legal system.



It goes without saying that Sedgwick Detert attorneys  J. Craig Williams and Joseph R. McFaul are two of the most repugnant men and lawyers you will ever meet.  Craig Williams aka J. Craig Williams is a loser who drove his law office, the Williams-Lindberg Law Firm ("WLF-Law") into bankruptcy. Sedgwick Detert purchased  the crumbs of the WLF-Law wreckage and hired McFaul and Williams as cattle to churn billables for SDMA.

However, it saddens this blogger to see Sedgwick Detert General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon risk tremendous financial exposure to himself and his fellow partners, the loss of his State Bar Card, his life long legal reputation, his freedom and a long prison term as he nefariously covers up and conceals the criminal and unethical misconduct of Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold attorneys Joseph R.McFaul and Craig Williams.

Sedgwick Detert General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon has possessed adequate notice and knowledge of Joseph R. McFaul and Craig Williams' wrongdoing since March 2009. Yet in the face of that knowledge, Sedgwick Detert General Counsel Mike McGeehon has steadfastly refused to do the right thing by ending the criminal computer hacking, relentless destruction of this blogger's computer equipment, and deletion of her legal documents in pending litigation as well as theft of her personal files and photos and identity.

Sedgwick Detert General Counsel Mike McGeehon consistently lies and denies any wrongdoing. But that's just "lawyering."  There's no crime in delusion and denial, unless you are under oath or speaking to the F.B.I. or other federal law enforcement officer. Several months ago, this blogger wrote a post about the egregious cover up by Sedgwick Detert General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon which unlawfully helped  Sedgwick Detert attorneys Joseph R. McFaul and Craig Williams destroy evidence of the criminal hacking and other crimes by the Sedgwick Detert hackers Dice Kusaba, Jon Wheatley and the other Dailybooth psychopaths.
This blogger only recently learned of some of the evidence against the Sedgwick Detert law firm and its attorneys Joseph R. McFaul and Craig Williams AND notably Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon.

In February 2010 Mr. McGeehon received a telephone call or email from a purported "witness" to the campaign of computer hacking by the Sedgwick Detert/Dailybooth/Toni Towe hackers and psychopaths. Within minutes the contents of this confidential communication was literally transmitted around the world to the vast network of the Dailybooth hackers. The contents of this communication was sent ONLY to Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon. Therefore, the SOLE person on this planet who was privy to this information was the sender and Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold's General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon.

The carefully contained  information ended up in the hands of Dailybooth hacker and co-founder Jon Wheatley, which Jon Wheatley promptly posted in his hackers forum. The contents of this communication purportedly gave a heads up about newly discovered criminal evidence against Sedgwick Detert attorneys Joseph R. McFaul, J. Craig Williams aka Craig Williams, former Sedgwick Detert clients Toni Towe, Michael Towe and the Sedgwick Detert hackers Ryan Daisuke Kusaba aka Ryan Kusaba aka Dice Kusaba aka Dice Tomato and Jon Wheatley et al.

In summary, Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold's General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon advised numerous 3rd parties, who were neither Sedgwick Detert attorneys, staff or current clients to commit felony crimes in order to avoid the consequences for their wrongful actions by destroying evidence in order to obstruct the administration of the law. Sedgwick Detert General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon faciliated the destruction of evidence in a pending criminal investigation despite the fact that Mike McGeehon was barred from doing so by penal code and state bar cannons of ethics.

Little does Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold's General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon know that the person he spoke/communicated with was NOT a "witness" but a law enforcement officer monitoring Dailybooth.com Co-Founder Jon Wheatley's hacker forum. This law enforcement officer watched and preserved evidence of Hacker Jon Wheatley's post of that date which revealed the contents of a communication that was only made privy to Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold's General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon.

Counsel can call me all the names he wants. However, Mr. McGeehon can't attack the credibility of law enforcement who can establish crucial facts that he was the sender of the seminal information at issue and produce irrefutable electronic proof that Sedgwick Detert General Counsel Mike McGeehon received, opened and forwarded said communication with the specific intent to obstruct justice by the willful destruction of evidence in violation of state and federal and State Bar laws.

Sedgwick Detert's General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon has threatened to attack this blogger's credibility and smear her name all over the internet and courthouse if she files a lawsuit against Sedgwick Detert. Mr. McGeehon has been illegally receiving this blogger's personal email. Mr. McGeehon has threatened to post embarrassing and highly private medical photos of this blogger, which he literally stole from her private email account if he faces any civil and/or criminal liability for his role in the ongoing criminal campaign of stalking, computer hacking and harassment against this blogger. For the record, the photos that Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold's General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon is using for blackmail and extortion are private, confidential and protected medical photos belonging to this blogger taken in preparation of skin reduction and reconstructive surgery following this blogger's massive weight loss after gastric bypass surgery.

This blogger sincerely hopes Mr. McGeehon will do the right thing and make this blogger whole again in the spirit of restorative justice, which will compensate this blogger for her enormous financial and property losses and allow her to begin the process of healing from this two-year long campaign of stalking and malicious harassment. This is not a "Winner-Take-All" contest. Sedgwick Detert can restore their tarnished reputation by demonstrating their capacity for righting their outrageous wrongs sooner than later.

Mr. McGeehon, do the DECENT thing. Threatening blackmail and extortion to further intimidate and harm this blogger only increases Sedgwick Detert's enormous financial liability and adds aggravating factors to your prison sentence when you are arrested in front of your Mt. Tallac Court, San Rafael neighbors and/or in front of your fellow partners, attorneys and law office staff. Why does Sedgwick Detert's General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon invite personal and professional disgrace, the loss of his personal and professional reputation and  his State Bar Card.

This blogger shudders to think of the savage consequences that could befall a 61-year old lawyer in jail. After all, most inmates despise lawyers or most of them wouldn't be doing time in the joint.

In closing, this blogger is open to a civil compromise of her bona fide claims in the spirit of reaching an immediate and equitable resolution. However, time is of the essence.
