It's been a long time coming, but law enforcement has opened a criminal case designed to indict Toni Towe aka BariatricTV.com Toni Towe aka Toni Lynne Towe aka BariatricTV Toni Towe aka White Trash Toni Towe aka Toni Ottey Towe aka Toni Lynne Ottey Towe et al and her husband Michael Towe aka Michael H. Towe, BariatricTV.com Michael Towe aka BariatricTV Michael Towe aka Dope Fiend Michael Towe aka M2Digital Post Michael Towe and a host of assumed and stolen identities.

Toni Towe is a notorious perjurer who knowingly and willingly submitted perjurious declarations of material facts in pending litigation. Toni Towe's perjury is now the subject of judicial inquiries and criminal investigations. As a direct result of Toni Towe's perjury this blogger was denied her day in court and the victim of an unjust award of attorney fees by the corrupt and unethical attorneys J. Craig Williams aka Craig Williams aka Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold Craig Williams. Also, Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold attorney psycho Joseph R. McFaul. Williams and McFaul originally represented Toni Towe under the bankrupt law office formerly known as The Williams-Lindberg Law Firm.

It is an established fact that Sedgwick Detert psycho attorney Joseph R. McFaul hired Sony Imageworks Interactive computer hacker Ryan Daisuke Kusaba aka Dice Tomato aka Dice Kusaba aka Kamikazi Kusaba to illegally invade this blogger's computer beginning in August 2008 and continuing to the present.

Toni Towe openly bragged and published in emails obtained by law enforcement that Joseph R. McFaul "was on a mission to find [this blogger's] money. Thank you Toni Towe for documenting evidence of you and your attorney's criminal wrongdoing in hard copy email, which has been preserved by Yahoo, Inc.

Recently, a "toolkit" created by Dailybooth.com co founders Jon Wheatley, Ryan Amos and CEO Brian "Pussy" Pokorny and key staff Catherine Valdes aka Catrific was discovered embedded in the hard drive of the 13th computer hacked and corrupted by the Dailybooth network of computer hackers. This "SD Toolkit" gave Toni Towe and Michael Towe the ability to continue invading this blogger's computer. Moreso, it gave the malignant Towe's the ability to stalk this blogger around the clock.

On the eve of an important filing date of pleadings, this blogger's documents disappeared from her computer, once again. The documents were deliberately deleted and destroyed to prevent this blogger from opposing legal motions filed by the attorney Mitchell Fenton, hired and funded by The Hartford Group, the insurance carrier of their homeowner's policy. Forensic analysis traced the destruction of this blogger's legal documents to Chula Vista, California to an individual connected to Michael Towe. Further criminal investigation uncovered a long standing personal and professional relationship to Michael Towe and Toni Towe.

Even further, it was recently discovered that a Dailybooth.com Hacker located in Redwood City has been using numerous phony identities to hack, stalk and harass this blogger. This blogger is the owner and community manager of Yahoo's largest weight loss surgery support group. Toni Towe and Michael Towe conspired with the Redwood City hacker to steal this blogger's 8000 member membership list and identifying information in order to recruit this blogger's members for their fledgling BariatricTV.com website.
