Zen Cupcake is Under Attack by Washington State Hacker Beth Sheresh and Cohorts!

Sorry to disappoint my cupcake readers but http://www.ZenCupcake.com is offline because it is officially a crime scene. Hacker Beth Sheresh aka Elizabeth Sheresh aka Beth Owens aka KitchenMage.com aka Systems Research Corporation is a long time buddy of stalker and lunatic Toni Towe. Toni developed a fatal attraction on ths blogger as a result of her high profile presence in an online support community several years ago. Towe began to stalk and harass this blogger beginning in 2005 and even created a website to defame and harass despite the fact that we had never met. After enduring years of Toni Towe's terror, legal action was filed against Toni Towe for, inter alia, cyberstalking and libel.

Toni Towe's attorney Joseph R. McFaul, formerly of the bankrupt law firm, Williams-Lindberg in Newport Beach, California, willfully withheld 1000's of Toni Towe's emails from production during discovery, which confessed Toni Towe's harassment, stalking and campaign of defamation. In turn, a State Bar complaint was filed against unethical attorney Joseph R. McFaul. Subsequently Sedgwick Detert bought up the wreckage of the Williams-Lindberg law firm and hired attorneys J. Craig Williams aka Craig Williams and Joseph R. McFaul.

To avenge the ethics complaint, Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold attorney Joseph R. McFaul hired hacker Ryan Dice Kusaba to hack into this blogger's computer to find blackmail data and extortion photos in order to intimidate this blogger into waiving her rights to civil and criminal prosecution against him and his hired hackers and demented client Toni Towe.

Law enforcement ultimately identified Kusaba as the Sedgwick Detert hired hacker, which lead to an amped up campaign of hacking and harassment by Kusaba's hacking buddies at Dailybooth.com, including but not limited to Jon Wheatley, Ryan Amos, Lindsay Wiese, Catherine Valdes ka Catrific and others. It is worthy of note that Sedgwick Detert attorney Joseph R.McFaul defrauded Toni Towe's insurance carrier, The Hartford Group, funding her defense by overbilling and fake billing invoices to fund payments to hackers Ryan Dice Kusaba and Jon Wheatley, who used his hacking money to launch his website Dailybooth.com in 2009.

Toni Towe recruited her long time buddy Beth Sheresh to hack into this blogger's  computer systems in 2008 to the present. Beth Sheresh was identified as a computer hacker on or about August 24, 2010. As a result thereof,  an Order of Protection against Beth Sheresh today and a $5 million dollar lawsuit for damages is being prepared against Beth Sheresh and her cohorts.

Yesterday, law enforcement uncovered malicious code and spyware in this blogger's blog links--CAD software which is used in geospatial work aka stalking software. It is used to track people. This code and the blog hits were traced back to Autodesk, in San Rafael and San Francisco, California. Two suspects in this stalking/hacking are Beth Sheresh's close personal friends "Matthias" and "Marcus" who work at Autodesk and specialize in CAD mapping and software.

This complex criminal case is now being referred to the F.B.I. Despite notice and knowledge of pending civil and criminal activity against them, the hackers continue to harass, invade and threaten my websites, blogs and computer network and equipment.

Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold and its General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon are fully aware of this ongoing criminal activity by their client Toni Towe and attorneys J. Craig Williams and Joseph R. McFaul. Michael B. McGeehon ratifies, encourages and has willingly participated in the ongoing criminal conduct and cover up thereof. A State Bar complaint has been filed against Michael Brownlee McGeehon for ethics violations.
