Please take a moment to read the current Terms of Use.

The Terms of Use for ZenCupcake.com et al is in place to enforce the civil and criminal remedies for the crime of computer abuse and Fraud pursuant to California Penal Code section 502. Beginning in 2008 and continuing to the present, my computer network has been willfully hacked, invaded and infected by Ryan Daisuke Kusaba who was hired by a Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold attorney in retaliation of a State Bar complaint this Blogger filed against him.

In November 2008, law enforcement identified the hackers as Chad V. Scira of Culver City, CA and Ryan Daisuke Kusaba aka Dice Kusaba. The hackers immediately began a campaign of revenge and intimidation against this blogger and have destroyed no less than 13 computers and smartphones.

Criminal and civil prosecution is pending against the aforementioned hackers and perpetrators, including their accomplices.
