Hello everyone!
It's been a while since I had the freedom and motivation to create new Zen Cupcake blog content and post cupcake photos and finds. Fortunately, the criminal hacking and malignant behavior that has victimized me for almost two (2) years is nearing an end. Law enforcement is taking action to hold the hackers and their accomplices accountable for their actions.
There is one (1) settlement on the table, which awards me a significant cash payment and the disclosure of important information and identities of the multitude of hackers and accomplices and injunctive relief to prevent future hacking and harassment. Most importantly, the first witness to break ranks has agreed to cooperate with law enforcement and testify in court and State Bar discipkinary proceedings under oath as to the identities of the lawyers and law firm who hired hacker Ryan Daisuke "Dice" Kusaba and his Dailybooth.com hacking network to break into my private computer network in addition to disclosure of other hackers, the hacking methods involved and other vital insider information, which includes but is not limited to everyone who knew about the hacking and concealed and covered up the criminal activity.
If the witness's insurance company refuses to cover the claim, she has agreed to demand indemnification and/or file a lawsuit for indemnify against the Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold law firm seeking indemnity as an agent and representative of the firm because she was recruited by Sedgwick Detert partner J. Craig Williams aka Craig Williams and Sedgwick Detert Counsel Joseph R. McFaul to hack into my computers for blackmail, extortion and the willful theft of my personal information, photos, documents and other personal, confidential and protected data.with the knowledge and ratification of Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon
Civil action for significant money damages and injunctive relief is before the court and will be signed, sealed and served on the hackers and anyone who has aided and abetted the principal hackers.
In the meantime, I am trying to regain control of my life and my right to use the internet without being subject to retaliation and intimidation by the malignant cowards who refuse to accept responsibility for their actions and poor choices in life.
