Birds of a feather stick together!

Beth Sheresh aka KitchenMage.com and remote access expert and lead techologist of Systems Research Corporation sent this blogger a Trojan virus designed to steal all of her passwords. We believe it's called a "Gina" trojan and it is very destructive. In fact, this blogger transfered her photo files and will junk this laptop because its been irrevocably corrupted. The hard drive will be preserved for law enforcement forensics.

Of course, this blogger will seek increased punitive damages against the old hag known as Beth Sheresh.

We have information that the Trojan was sent from Orange County by Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold attorney Joseph R.McFaul purportedly under the spoofed ISP "Gina De Michael."

This latest act of cyberterrorism will no doubt be the final nail in the State Bar coffin of Joseph R. Mcfaul. Bye Bye Bar card!

Zen Cupcake is Under Attack by Washington State Hacker Beth Sheresh and Cohorts!

Sorry to disappoint my cupcake readers but http://www.ZenCupcake.com is offline because it is officially a crime scene. Hacker Beth Sheresh aka Elizabeth Sheresh aka Beth Owens aka KitchenMage.com aka Systems Research Corporation is a long time buddy of stalker and lunatic Toni Towe. Toni developed a fatal attraction on ths blogger as a result of her high profile presence in an online support community several years ago. Towe began to stalk and harass this blogger beginning in 2005 and even created a website to defame and harass despite the fact that we had never met. After enduring years of Toni Towe's terror, legal action was filed against Toni Towe for, inter alia, cyberstalking and libel.

Toni Towe's attorney Joseph R. McFaul, formerly of the bankrupt law firm, Williams-Lindberg in Newport Beach, California, willfully withheld 1000's of Toni Towe's emails from production during discovery, which confessed Toni Towe's harassment, stalking and campaign of defamation. In turn, a State Bar complaint was filed against unethical attorney Joseph R. McFaul. Subsequently Sedgwick Detert bought up the wreckage of the Williams-Lindberg law firm and hired attorneys J. Craig Williams aka Craig Williams and Joseph R. McFaul.

To avenge the ethics complaint, Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold attorney Joseph R. McFaul hired hacker Ryan Dice Kusaba to hack into this blogger's computer to find blackmail data and extortion photos in order to intimidate this blogger into waiving her rights to civil and criminal prosecution against him and his hired hackers and demented client Toni Towe.

Law enforcement ultimately identified Kusaba as the Sedgwick Detert hired hacker, which lead to an amped up campaign of hacking and harassment by Kusaba's hacking buddies at Dailybooth.com, including but not limited to Jon Wheatley, Ryan Amos, Lindsay Wiese, Catherine Valdes ka Catrific and others. It is worthy of note that Sedgwick Detert attorney Joseph R.McFaul defrauded Toni Towe's insurance carrier, The Hartford Group, funding her defense by overbilling and fake billing invoices to fund payments to hackers Ryan Dice Kusaba and Jon Wheatley, who used his hacking money to launch his website Dailybooth.com in 2009.

Toni Towe recruited her long time buddy Beth Sheresh to hack into this blogger's computer systems in 2008 to the present. Beth Sheresh was identified as a computer hacker on or about August 24, 2010. As a result thereof, an Order of Protection against Beth Sheresh today and a $5 million dollar lawsuit for damages is being prepared against Beth Sheresh and her cohorts.

Yesterday, law enforcement uncovered malicious code and spyware in this blogger's blog links--CAD software which is used in geospatial work aka stalking software. It is used to track people. This code and the blog hits were traced back to Autodesk, in San Rafael and San Francisco, California. Two suspects in this stalking/hacking are Beth Sheresh's close personal friends "Matthias" and "Marcus" who work at Autodesk and specialize in CAD mapping and software.

This complex criminal case is now being referred to the F.B.I. Despite notice and knowledge of pending civil and criminal activity against them, the hackers continue to harass, invade and threaten my websites, blogs and computer network and equipment.

Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold and its General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon are fully aware of this ongoing criminal activity by their client Toni Towe and attorneys J. Craig Williams and Joseph R. McFaul. Michael B. McGeehon ratifies, encourages and has willingly participated in the ongoing criminal conduct and cover up thereof. A State Bar complaint has been filed against Michael Brownlee McGeehon for ethics violations.

Last month I was invited to Google Headquarters in Mountain View, California in an attempt to untangle the web of madness caused by the omnipresent hackers who hijacked my email content and photos, invaded my gmail accounts and blocked me from accessing my own Google hosted blogs. It was a fun experience, in spite of the devastating mess created by mean spirited people who have no regard for my privacy rights.

In any event, the employees and legal department at Google were very helpful and extended every courtesy to make this nightmare a bit less stressful. Google is a huge place. I was like a kid in a candy store gawking at the sights of the biggest tech company on the planet. My first stop was the lobby of Building 44. I was dumbstruck by the biggest cupcake sculpture I have seen to date. Of course, I captured the moment with my Zen Cupcake wand.

After meeting with Google management, some of my problems were resolved within a couple of hours. After a long afternoon, I was invited to dine at Google's "No Name Cafe," which prepares "simple nutrient rich foods prepared with your health in mind." Naturally, I eyeballed the cafe for cupcakes, but that evening, muffins were served at the buffet. However, I was reassured that cupcakes do have their place in Google culture. Geeks are known to be cupcake lovers.

Health and fitness is emphasized throughout the Google complex. Bikes are everywhere. They have daily sand volleyball games on makeshift greenbelt beaches and even a rooftop swimming lap pool. Every building has a cold case of Odwalla health drinks for the taking. And, Google encourages its employees to fast one day a month and donate the cash savings to local charities.

It was a fun cupcake day at Google. And I am very, very grateful for Google's time and attention to my email and blogging concerns.

Zen Cupcake Resumes Cupcake Blogging!

Good morning Cupcakes!

It's been a long time coming, but this blogger is returning to cupcake blogging. As most of my readers know, I've been victimized by a network of hackers and deeply disturbed and unethical attorneys since November 2008. I've blogged about it in detail and frankly, I want to move on. It's time for my legal counsel to take over. Hopefully, in due course, law enforcement, insurance investigators, the California State Bar and the court system will hold the perpetrators liable for their actions and impose appropriate criminal and civil penalties.

In the meantime, I want to blog about more pleasant things in life, like cupcakes. I hope my readers will return and once again subscribe to my blog.

Ghoulish Petits Fours and Witch Hats

Ingredients
Makes about 40.

* White Sheet Cake
* Confectioners' Sugar Icing
* Butter Glaze
* 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, for eyes and mouth

Comment on the icing recipe:
A former professional cake decorator said: "If you are planning to make 40 petits fours, the 7 cups of icing is about right. you'd be surprised on how much you are going to need. Also, with the white, you may need to go back and do a second layer... trust me, you want more than enough, you don't want to stop dipping to make more icing!"
Directions

1. Using a 1 1/2-inch cookie cutter, cut out circles from cake. Brush off any crumbs with a pastry brush.
2. Fit a pastry bag with a plastic coupler, and top cake rounds with icing in a ghost or hat shape,about 1 inch high.
3. Place a wire rack over a rimmed baking sheet; set aside. Set an iced cake round on a fork; hold over bowl of glaze. Using a large spoon, drizzle glaze evenly over cake and icing until completely covered. Transfer to wire rack. Repeat with remaining rounds. Let set, about 5 minutes.
4. Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water; stir chocolate until melted. Transfer to a disposable pastry bag or resealable plastic bag; snip off tip with scissors. Pipe eyes and a mouth onto ghosts.

For witch hats, make petits fours through step two. Then create a brim using a dab of icing: Affix each petit four to a 2-to-2 1/2-inch chocolate wafer cookie. Proceed to step three, coating with Chocolate Glaze instead of Butter Glaze. In lieu of step four, wrap one or two pieces of licorice lace around the base of the hat immediately after glazing.

Double Cherry Cola Fudge Cupcakes
Submitted by Ms. Mary from Ada, Oklahoma

Cake:
2 ¼ c. all purpose flour
1 ½ c. granulated sugar
¾ c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½ t. baking soda
½ t. salt
1 ¼ c. cola flavored beverage
¼ c. maraschino cherry juice
½ c. canola oil
2 T. white vinegar
1 ½ t. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Set 24 cupcake liners into a pan.

Stir together first 5 ingredients in bowl. In another medium size bowl add cola beverage, cherry juice, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Slowly add liquid mixture to the dry mixture and beat until just smooth. Scoop into cupcake liners. Drop teaspoonsful of pie filling evenly over the top.
Bake for 20 min. until done. Cool completely.

Frosting:
2 T. cola flavored beverage
2 T. maraschino cherry juice
½ c. butter, room temperature
1 t. vanilla extract
4 c. confectioner’s sugar

In large mixing bowl, beat together first four frosting ingredients. Slowly beat in powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over cooled cupcakes.

I was headed downtown to Union Square on Sunday morning to meet up with an out-of-town friend when I was distracted by the sight of cupcakes being consumed on a Geary Street sidewalk cafe. I immediately stopped into the storefront and scanned the cafe pastry case to no avail. No cupcakes.

I stopped and sheepishly asked Jay where he bought the cupcake he was eating with unabashed pleasure. He pointed to a tray of cupcakes on the table. Hello Kitty cupcakes! His buddy, Bob, generously offered me a cupcake, which I politely declined as I was enroute to breakfast. Bob purchased the cupcakes at a local San Francisco grocery store at reduced price, sparing Hello Kitty in her confetti sprinkled buttercream glory from cupcake heaven.

All You Need is Love and a Cupcake

Today, September 19, 2010 is a very special day for this blogger. Seven years ago on this date, I underwent weight loss surgery, also known as gastric bypass surgery, for the treatment of morbid obesity. In the weight loss surgery community your surgery date is also known as your "surgiversary." A weight loss surgery date is a milestone or rebirth in your new life. In the thirteen months following my surgery I lost 141 pounds or 85% of my excess weight. Weight reduction of 65% or more is considered a successby most bariatric surgeons.

To date, I've succeeded in maintaining 100% of my surgery weight loss. I've also lost an additional 30 pounds over the past 18 months. Total weight loss to date: 171 pounds. I'm not "thin," but I am a normal sized, healthy and active woman who wears single digit (6 or 8) size clothing.

Undiagnosed thyroid failure prevented further weight loss for several years until my condition was treated following an auto accident while on holiday in Sydney, Australia 2005. To my doctor's amazement, I kept my weight loss steady with virtually no metabolism. The formula? Diet and exercise. Behavior modification does work. Although, according to weight charts I was no longer "obese," I still considered food my enemy. Little did I realize that I still suffered from disordered eating despite my massive weight loss and new relationship with food.

Striving to reach an ideal body image is difficult in today's body/fashion/sex obsessed society. Personally, for me it was a daily pre-occupation. I refused to taste let alone indulge in anything that I considered to be a "treat." Following surgery I underwent intensive therapy to deal with the emotional issues that underlie morbid obesity. I explored the reasons I became morbidly obese. As part of my recovery, I learned to avoid "trigger" foods that would encourage eating binges. Most importantly, I learned the concept of "equilibrium." If I ate excess calories one day, I would increase my physical activity or reduce my calories intake the following day in order to maintain my weight.

Still, I refused, rather denied myself any pleasure from food. No candy, no birthday cake, no holiday desserts. Until I reached my personal weight loss goal and saw a "magical" number on the scale, I believed that I did not deserve to eat certain foods and that included cupcakes.

Sprinkles Cupcakes opened a store in the Corona Del Mar shopping center near my Orange County home. It immediately attracted cupcake loving crowds. I would stop by Sprinkles and gaze lovingly through the window at the trays of cupcakes that beckoned to the people in line. Still, I refused to buy a cupcake because I was not at goal weight.

Finally, one day, after tormenting myself for months by adhering to my self-imposed diet of deprivation, I stood in line to buy one, just one, cupcake. I purchased a strawberry cupcake crowned with pink frosting, of course. My first bite of that Sprinkles cupcake was heaven. The cake was delicious; the frosting sweet and smooth. I ate two more bites before wrapping up the other half.

Eating that Sprinkles cupcake was an important moment in my ongoing recovery from an eating disorder. Like any other addict, I take it one day at a time. However, the day I bought that cupcake was the day I declared myself "at goal " and learned to love my body.

As I removed the paper cupcake wrapper, I looked around at the other people sitting at the outdoor tables. They represented all shapes and sizes. People were enjoying their cupcakes and talking, laughing, sharing and having fun. That's what life is about. Food is not just nourishment. It represents love, culture, history, family, friendship, holidays and joy. No one stared at me eating a cupcake even though I was still visibly a few pounds above my ideal weight. I realized I was condemning myself because I still didn't look like those women in magazines. Truth be told, I'll never be a tall slyph-like cover girl idealized by our culture because I don't have that kind of gene pool. But, by all standards, I accomplished my weight loss surgery goals. Once a raging diabetic on the road to kidney dialysis, I became medication free and asymptomatic within 6 weeks of surgery. Nearly bedridden from obesity and co-morbidities, after surgery I became energetic and physically able to stand on my feet all day and walk for miles and climb stairs without tiring.

Subsequent to my surgery, I've climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge, bolted up 265 steps to reach the top of the world's largest outdoor Buddha in China, walked across New Zealand in 7 hours, trekked to the top of the Eiffel Tower and seen every corner of the world up close and personal instead of viewing it from behind a windshield.

I've been able to wear 4 inch heels and shop at all the fashionable clothing stores that were off-limits to fat girls. I created and became the community manager of the largest weight loss surgery support group on Yahoo with over 7000 members worldwide. I'm loved by a man who adores me just as I am. I'm idolized by my 9 year-old niece as her new mommy. Most of all, I found self-love and learned to appreciate my physical and emotional transformation as well as limitations as I become the woman I was always meant to be.

My fear of regaining my pre-op appetite and eating a dozen cupcakes in one sitting never materialized. I eat cupcakes, albeit on a limited basis. And when I do over indulge, I remember the concept of "equilibrium" and cut back on calories or hit the treadmill.

I love cupcakes because they are a throwback to the simplier times of childhood. Cupcakes are joy. Cupcakes are cute. Cupcakes are pretty. Cupcakes are passion. Cupcakes are social. Cupcakes are fun. Cupcakes are happiness. But most of all, cupcakes are love.

Orange County's First Mobile Cupcakery--Oh For Sweet Sakes!

It makes me happy to start the new incarnation of ZenCupcake.com with a post about Orange County's First Mobile Cupcakery, Oh For Sweets Sake! Owners and operators, Al and Lisa Johnson are two of the sweetest and hard working cupcake people you'll soon meet. I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa and Al on their first day of business back in May 2010 at the Santa Ana Artist Walk held once a month in the newly gentrified Art District of Downtown Santa Ana. Let me tell you, parking a food truck is no cakewalk. Those trucks are huge and not easy to maneuver. I introduced myself and was warmly invited inside "Cupcake Central."

Cupcakes ain't easy, especially mobile cupcakes. It's not a job for the faint of heart. It gets very warm inside the truck and space is very, very limited. You'll stand on your feet for hours and need to serve, fill orders, deal with customers. collect money and package the cupcake orders at a quick pace. Lisa shared the genesis of Oh For Sweets Sake! It took almost two (2) years of planning, experimenting with recipes and flavors, business plans, compliance with local ordinances, licensing and other red tape involved in starting up a food service business.

Nonetheless, I watched Lisa and Al open for business and serve the waiting crowd with their freshly baked cupcakes and sweet treats. Lisa and Al are true business people and aim to please. They constantly exchanged discreet verbal memos to each other on ways to improve customer flow, payment methods and the like in order to fine tune their business. In less than three (3) months, Oh For Sweets Sake! has taken off and received positive press, rave customer reviews ( including noms from this blogger) and was recently nominated for the Food Network's Favorite Food Truck giveaway. Cupcakes are hard work and it has certainly paid off for Lisa and Al's mobile cupcakery.

My latest treat from Oh For Sweets Sake! took place today at the Irvine Food Truck Summit. I arrived to a huge crowd of hungry cupcake fans clamoring for Lisa's cupcakes. Chocolate Overload was the big favorite of the day. I returned awhile later and decided to try the "Designer Twinkie." Shhh. Don't tell the cupcakes. ; )

It looked just like a Twinkie, but the Oh For Sweets Sake! version amped it up with a drizzled chocolate topping, a creamy middle and a surprise dollop of berry flavored jam tucked inside moist vanilla cake. Nom Nom Nom! Translation: Yummy!

A lawyer is prohibited from bringing disgrace and ill-repute to the legal system. Indeed, State Bar canons of ethics require a lawyer to act in a manner that inspires CONFIDENCE and not aversion to the legal system.

It goes without saying that Sedgwick Detert attorneys J. Craig Williams and Joseph R. McFaul are two of the most repugnant men and lawyers you will ever meet. Craig Williams aka J. Craig Williams is a loser who drove his law office, the Williams-Lindberg Law Firm ("WLF-Law") into bankruptcy. Sedgwick Detert purchased the crumbs of the WLF-Law wreckage and hired McFaul and Williams as cattle to churn billables for SDMA.

However, it saddens this blogger to see Sedgwick Detert General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon risk tremendous financial exposure to himself and his fellow partners, the loss of his State Bar Card, his life long legal reputation, his freedom and a long prison term as he nefariously covers up and conceals the criminal and unethical misconduct of Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold attorneys Joseph R.McFaul and Craig Williams.

Therefore, the SOLE person on this planet who was privy to this information was the sender and Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold's General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon.

The carefully contained information ended up in the hands of Dailybooth hacker and co-founder Jon Wheatley, which Jon Wheatley promptly posted in his hackers forum. The contents of this communication purportedly gave a heads up about newly discovered criminal evidence against Sedgwick Detert attorneys Joseph R. McFaul, J. Craig Williams aka Craig Williams, former Sedgwick Detert clients Toni Towe, Michael Towe and the Sedgwick Detert hackers Ryan Daisuke Kusaba aka Ryan Kusaba aka Dice Kusaba aka Dice Tomato and Jon Wheatley et al.

In summary, Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold's General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon advised numerous 3rd parties, who were neither Sedgwick Detert attorneys, staff or current clients to commit felony crimes in order to avoid the consequences for their wrongful actions by destroying evidence in order to obstruct the administration of the law. Sedgwick Detert General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon faciliated the destruction of evidence in a pending criminal investigation despite the fact that Mike McGeehon was barred from doing so by penal code and state bar cannons of ethics.

Little does Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold's General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon know that the person he spoke/communicated with was NOT a "witness" but a law enforcement officer monitoring Dailybooth.com Co-Founder Jon Wheatley's hacker forum. This law enforcement officer watched and preserved evidence of Hacker Jon Wheatley's post of that date which revealed the contents of a communication that was only made privy to Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold's General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon.

Counsel can call me all the names he wants. However, Mr. McGeehon can't attack the credibility of law enforcement who can establish crucial facts that he was the sender of the seminal information at issue and produce irrefutable electronic proof that Sedgwick Detert General Counsel Mike McGeehon received, opened and forwarded said communication with the specific intent to obstruct justice by the willful destruction of evidence in violation of state and federal and State Bar laws.

Sedgwick Detert's General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon has threatened to attack this blogger's credibility and smear her name all over the internet and courthouse if she files a lawsuit against Sedgwick Detert. Mr. McGeehon has been illegally receiving this blogger's personal email. Craig Williams aka Craig Williams and a psycho named Lawanda who calls herself Lala, strawberriesilove, Cupycakey aka Bella Rae aka Daisy, Lenzlove, Deal Fanatic and who knows what other aliases aphony names as well as a multitude of other malignant hackers, stalkers and psychopaths from the dark side of the internet.

Hello everyone!

It's been a while since I had the freedom and motivation to create new Zen Cupcake blog content and post cupcake photos and finds. Fortunately, the criminal hacking and malignant behavior that has victimized me for almost two (2) years is nearing an end. Law enforcement is taking action to hold the hackers and their accomplices accountable for their actions.

There is one (1) settlement on the table, which awards me a significant cash payment and the disclosure of important information and identities of the multitude of hackers and accomplices and injunctive relief to prevent future hacking and harassment. Most importantly, the first witness to break ranks has agreed to cooperate with law enforcement and testify in court and State Bar discipkinary proceedings under oath as to the identities of the lawyers and law firm who hired hacker Ryan Daisuke "Dice" Kusaba and his Dailybooth.com hacking network to break into my private computer network in addition to disclosure of other hackers, the hacking methods involved and other vital insider information, which includes but is not limited to everyone who knew about the hacking and concealed and covered up the criminal activity.

If the witness's insurance company refuses to cover the claim, she has agreed to demand indemnification and/or file a lawsuit for indemnify against the Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold law firm seeking indemnity as an agent and representative of the firm because she was recruited by Sedgwick Detert partner J. Craig Williams aka Craig Williams and Sedgwick Detert Counsel Joseph R. McFaul to hack into my computers for blackmail, extortion and the willful theft of my personal information, photos, documents and other personal, confidential and protected data.with the knowledge and ratification of Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold General Counsel Michael B. Daddycakes Cupcakes of Topeka, Kansas didn't make the cut on the recent episode of "Cupcake Wars" but it certainly was a lifelong dream come true for Daddycakes owner and baker Allyson Fiander.

In the first round Allyson created the "Salt Water Taffy," described by the Topeka Capital Journal "as moist white cake, frosting that tasted like salt water taffy and a ring brown sugar infused with seaweed and sea salt."

The Terms of Use for ZenCupcake.com et al is in place to enforce the civil and criminal remedies for the crime of computer abuse and Fraud pursuant to California Penal Code section 502. Beginning in 2008 and continuing to the present, my computer network has been willfully hacked, invaded and infected by Ryan Daisuke Kusaba who was hired by a Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold attorney in retaliation of a State Bar complaint this Blogger filed against him.

In November 2008, law enforcement identified the hackers as Chad V. Scira of Culver City, CA and Ryan Daisuke Kusaba aka Dice Kusaba. The hackers immediately began a campaign of revenge and intimidation against this blogger and have destroyed no less than 13 computers and smartphones.

Criminal and civil prosecution is pending against the aforementioned hackers and perpetrators, including their accomplices.

Butch Bakery definitely discovered an untapped market in the over saturated cupcake world.

At present, Butch Bakery's cupcakes are only available for sale and delivery in the greater New York City area. They plan to start shipping throughout the United States sometime this year.

We have been online for almost 10 hours documenting, preserving and photographing the new hacking evidence for a criminal contempt case against computer hacker Ryan "Dice" Kusaba.

We obtained an Order of Protection against Kusaba. In the face of that order he continues to hack, harass and threaten this woman blogger with the blessings and ratification of the Sedgwick Detert law firm and its General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon. We also discovered Kusaba and Jon Wheatley's MobileMe email hack. It looks like Mr. McGeehon has been surreptiticiously been copied on our email again, without our express or implied authorization or knowledge.

We Caught The Sedgwick Detert and Dailybooth.com Computer Hackers!

On Tuesday morning, March 16, 2010 at 1:15 a.m., we finally caught the malicious Dailybooth.com Hackers hired by Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold Psycho Attorney Joseph R. McFaul.
A treasure trove of hidden files, malware, spyware and the identities of the international band of hackers/members of Dailybooth.com, was uncovered during their early morning hacking session on a computer owned and in operation at the University of California.

It was a major breakthrough in the 18-month long course of stalking, harassment, invasion, theft and destruction of my computer equipment, data, documents, photos, email and evidence. More importantly, it gave us a blueprint to how they and what they used to hack.

On January 5, 2010, according to my blog trackers someone from the Irvine office of the Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold law firm was stalking my blog. No doubt, it was Psycho Attorney Joseph R. McFaul. Immediately thereafter, I found an “.EXE” file in my MacBook Pro. An .EXE program is used to release Trojan viruses. The hackers managed to install of Trojan Backdoor virus in my desktop and MBP laptop computers, which is hell to permanently remove. The Trojan Backdoor virus gave the hackers full and complete access and control of my computers. The Trojan Backdoor virus is a very clever. It overrides the settings of anti-virus programs and disables the firewall. Reinstalling an operating system is pointless because it the virus is written as a “pre-binding program,” which loads and corrupts any new install.

I wish I had a nickel for everyone who told me the Exe file was a figment of my imagination. “An .EXE file is a Windows based program and MAC runs on a UNIX system.” I know a Windows program is imcompatible with a MAC computer, but I know what I saw.
How did the Sedgwick Detert and Dailybooth Hackers install an “.EXE” program on my MAC computer? An .EXE Plug-In. We found Dice Kusaba’s .EXE Plug-In among the evidence captured early Tuesday morning. The hackers didn’t have time to do a “clean up” before the computer was secured.

The level of sophistication and pervasive methods of electronic surveillance which the Sedgwick Detert and Dailybooth Hackers engaged to stalk me around the clock is frightening. The intensity of the unlawful and uninvited intrusion into my personal and professional life absolutely devastating. These Hackers provided Sedgwick Detert the means to maintain complete control over my use of any computer. My iPhone was programmed to maintain my location by longitude and latitude in order to reveal my physical address and location. Social networking sites were used to data mine contacts and activities. Speech-to-text software was used to monitor my telephone conversations.

How did the hackers know when I was online? Radios signals. Sedgwick Detert and Dailybooth Hackers injected malicious code into my blogs and websites to create a flash program which emitted a radio signal when I logged into my Administrator panel. The “Beep” was transmitted to the worldwide Dailybooth.com Hacking Crew triggering a Brute Force Attack of any computer system I was logged into.

How did they do this? GAIA Framework. That’s the specialty of Fabio, a Brazilian member of the Dailybooth hacking network. Fabio’s other forte is remapping documents. Dailybooth Founder Jon Wheatley’s expertise lies in the destruction and spoilation of evidence. Jon Wheatley constantly hacks the log-in panel maintaining my blog logs. Jon Wheatley remaps the IP addresses and geolocations captured by my log records to conceal the identifying info of his disciples. Thank goodness I’ve preserved hard copies and digital backups of the records.

I never understood how the hackers knew where I was and what I was doing. Anytime I used any computer, I was under their thumb. My Gmail and Yahoo accounts were compromised. GAIA and fake Gmail and Yahoo interface. My GoDaddy account was hacked and my domain settings manipulated which redirected my email to Sedgwick Detert and Dailybooth.com attorneys and hackers. Logging into any affected accounts left “Persistent Cookies” on the computer allowing the hackers to record and preserve everything I did online.

Hacker and Sony Imageworks Interactive employee Ryan Daisuke Kusaba aka Dice Kusaba is the prominent hacker of the bunch. He is subject to an Order of Protection by the State of Nevada and faces criminal charges for willfully violating an order of the court. His Dailybooth.com Hacker buddies are harassing me as part of their plan to threaten and intimidate me from pursing civil and criminal action against Kusaba and Jon Wheatley and his Dailybooth.com network for inter alia, violation of the Computer Abuse and Fraud Act and other torts.

Yesterday, I accepted the realization that the hacking will never end, unless Ryan Daisuke Kusaba is locked up. Dice Kusaba aka Dice Tomato controls a worldwide hacking network. However, as the judge said, his friends do his hacking, he does the time. The longer they hack, the longer Kusaba stays imprisoned.

As a security precaution, I stayed offline for a few days. Yesterday, I logged into my WordPress blog site and waited. Almost instantly the hackers appeared online. Like clockwork, they kept an even and steady pace. They were kept under surveillance from 5:27 p.m. until 8:49 p.m. For a few hours the hackers were held at bay by security software. Their ports of entry and methods of attack were carefully monitored. The console showed their manic and frustrated attempts to install an “AppleWebKit.”

The Apple store “Genuises” were smug in their belief that a MAC’s built in “anti-hacker” features would thwart a takeover. But, I knew better. In due time, these hackers succeeded in taking down the firewall, disabling the MAC’s “powerful” security settings, allowing them to gain control of root management. Thank goodness it wasn’t my computer.

“How the hell did they do that?” Everyone was stunned but not me. I’ve lived this nightmare for 18 months. Now that I know the hackers modus operandi, I can clean up and repair my computer network. But, but why bother. They will hack again. They’re hackers and that’s what hackers do.
That is, unless, the main operative, Ryan Daisuke Kusaba aka Dice Kusaba aka Dice Tomato is in jail. Until then, the internet is a very scary place.

McGeehon and Sedgwick computer hacker Ryan Daisuke Kusaba aka Dice Kusaba face upwards of 15 years in prison for computer hacking, extortion and threatening to blackmail the victim.

In fact, a man was sentenced to 110 years for hacking and extortion. Dice tried to blackmail me with personal information he stole from my computer. I told him to go back to hell where he belongs.

Dice, you better start thinking of your future. Quit hacking and harassing me before you spend most of your adulthood in prison. I happen to be a very nice person. Anybody else would have taken a bat to you by now. I know where you live and where you work. Think about it. Anybody else would have smashed your fingers with a hammer by this point in time to keep you off a keyboard.

Confess under oath to the fact that Sedgwick Detert attorney Joseph R. McFaul hired you to hack into my computer, make financial restitution to me and agree to testify against McFaul in criminal court and before the State Bar Ethics Committee. The court will look favorably upon you for admitting your guilt. You'll get a lenient sentence with probation to monitor your internet addiction and control your impulse to hack and harass me.

Sedgwick Detert will never finance your defense in a criminal case. They would have to admit hiring a computer hacker to invade an adversary's computer during pending litigation. Think about it. Is McFaul going to fund your criminal defense?

Psycho Attorney claimed it would "disgrace" his family. Imagine that. Frankly, I've delayed completing the detailed summary for the California State Bar Investigator because of the emotional trauma and financial expense of copying hundreds of documents. Ryan Kusaba aka Dice Kusaba's hacker pals in the Seattle area aka Roberto and Amanda;

As expected the Dailybooth.com Hacking Crew has been attacking this blogger's network again. All Jon Wheatley is doing is increasing his personal financially liability. Jon Wheatley is facing a $50 MILLION dollar lawsuit as an individual and as Dailybooth, Incorporated.

This is NOT about money. It is about the right to be left alone. Any monies awarded in excess of my personal damages caused by Jon Wheatley and his Dailybooth .com hacking crew will be donated to fund a Cyber Security program at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Information Technology Department. Unfortunately, no one likes addressing the ugly side of Social Media and the Internet.

Sedgwick Detert General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon rejected my settlement offer this week, which leaves me no choice but to file suit against McGeehon as well as each and every partner of the Sedgwick Detert law firm. The case is being prepared for filing here in the State of Nevada. We will post a copy of the company immediately after it's filed.

Michael B. McGeehon illegally and unlawfully received my email and medical photographs. Sedgwick Detert General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon attempted to extort a release of this blogger's claims against the Sedgwick Detert law firm by threatening to publish this blogger's unclad medical photos (documenting her need for skin reduction surgery following massive weight loss) on the Internet. My response: GO TO HELL MICHAEL B. MCGEEHON!

Once again, McGeehon was offered the opportunity to return those medically private and confidential photos and her email with a sworn declaration that no copies were made or retained by Sedgwick Detert or its agents and representatives. NO MONEY DAMAGES WERE REQUESTED. However, Sedgwick Detert's General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon refused to accept the settlement offer unless this blogger agreed not to file State Bar ethics charges against him.

This blogger has shown good faith in trying to settle her claims against the Sedgwick Detert firm, to no avail. Therefore, all claims against McGeehon and the Sedgwick Detert law firm will be litigated fully with substantial damages. Each and every Sedgwick Detert partner, worldwide will be named in the lawsuit.

How did Sedgwick Detert General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon obtain this blogger's email? Sedgwick Detert Psycho Attorney directed his computer hackers to illegally intrude into my computer files and send anything with "extortion value" to McGeehon so he could use it to defeat my civil and criminal claims against McGeehon and the Sedgwick Detert law firm.

Mr. Michael B. McGeehon has no class and no respect for women. McGeehon knew as an Officer of the Court that he was unlawfully receiving this blogger's personal photos, data and documents. Yet, he remained silent in the face of that knowledge. Sedgwick Detert General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon knowingly received stolen property!

Sedgwick Detert client Toni, who proudly describes herself as "White Trash Toni" has confessed to committing fraud and perjury when she filed a court declaration.

Admitted Drug Dealer and Outed Lesbian Lynnda Shepherd aka Lynnda Savoy of Coronado, California confesses to advising Sedgwick Detert client Toni how to conceal THOUSANDS of relevant documents from the court. Any insurance defense attorney knows or should know that an insurer can deny coverage and sue for Declaratory Relief when it learns that the insured(s) commits willful acts and files a false claim with the insurer.

We've been threatened by Sedgwick Detert again. They read this mornings post and they are not very happy about public knowledge of their fraud and corruption. Apparently, Sedgwick Detert *THINKS* they are above the law. I don't think so... The State Bar of California says that Mr. McGeehon's access to my personal email is unethical and unlawful, even if his hired hacker transmitted it to him. And it really wasn't a good idea for Sedgwick Detert General Counsel to threaten this woman blogger with extortion. That's a crime too. They take your Bar Card away for that Mr. McGeehon. Are you planning an early retirement?

McFaul and the Sedgwick Detert hackers Ryan Dice Kusaba in concert with Jon Wheatley of Dailybooth.com et al.

Yesterday I made it clear that I would not tolerate Sedgwick Detert's threats to publicly disseminate my private and confidential photos. Those medical photos were stolen from my email account by Sedgwick Detert computer hackers Ryan Daisaku Kusaba alias DiceTomato, Jon Wheatley, founder of DailyBooth.com and Jon's computer hacking crew Ryan Amos, Paul Fraser aka Paul Or, Andrew Ryno, and other DailyBooth persons.

As expected, Ryan Kusaba and Jon Wheatley hacked into my computer network, AGAIN, after I revealed on Twitter, that I am residing in Las Vegas, Nevada. Computer Hackers Ryan Kusaba and fellow computer Jon Wheatley committed identity theft by impersonating me when they broke into my domain manager and changed my ZenCupcake.com web settings. The settings have been corrected. Jon Wheatley is a professional hacker who is banned from entering the United States. This latest stunt may place Computer Hacker and CyberTerrorist Jon Wheatley on the "No Fly" list. Jon Wheatley is definitely a threat to the safety and security of United States citizens and should NEVER be permitted to set foot on U.S. soil ever again!!!

Computer Hackers Ryan Kusaba and fellow computer hacker Jon Wheatley had adequate notice and knowledge that I was across the state line of California and firmly entrenched in the state and district of Nevada, which makes computer hackers Ryan Kusaba and computer hacker Jon Wheatley's latest act of hacking and cyberterrorrism, a federal offense.

No doubt, computer hackers Ryan Kusaba aka DiceTomato and computer hacker Jon Wheatley are acting at the direction and under the control of Sedgwick Detert Psycho Attorney. Hackers don't hack for free. ZenCupcake.com was hacked again by the Psycho Sedgwick Detert Attorney and, inter alia, DailyBooth.com computer hackers Ryan Daisaku Kusaba, Jon Wheatley, Ryan Amos, Andrew Ryno, Paul Fraser aka Paul Or. Legal action is pending to control the criminal conduct of the Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold attorneys and the DailyBooth.com hackers.

My blogs were hacked again on January 5, 2010. At 10:34 AM the Psycho Sedgwick Detert Attorney accessed my blogs via the internet. Fortunately, Psycho Attorney left internet footprints. His blog trespass was traced back to a Sedgwick Detert server. At 11:05 AM, I discovered a new intrusion in my computer. It was immediately contained and deleted. However, the Sedgwick Detert hackers are very clever. They coded their malware with a delayed install function, which subsequently spread through my computer system. The Sedgwick hackers also installed a Keystroke Generator, which permitted them to illegally access my locked and private files, email accounts, bill paying accounts and Go Daddy domain manager. Sedgwick Detert lawyers and hackers have literally invaded every aspect of my personal, financial, professional, medical and family life.

After receiving threats of blackmail and extortion by Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold, I fled the State of California for my protection and well being. I've been offline since for almost two (2) weeks. Sedgwick Detert is threatening to publish my private and confidential medical photos on the internet, which they stole from my personal computer. Never at any time have I authorized any third party to access, view or disseminate my personal photographs. The pictures were taken by a plastic surgeon's office in preparation of medically necessary skin reduction surgery as a result of recent massive weight loss. Sedgwick's sole motive in committing this despicable act is to embarrass, humiliate and coerce me into waiving any and all damage claims against the firm. I refuse to be a victim of a corrupt law firm and will pursue every course of legal action against the Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold law firm to protect my rights of privacy and the right to be left alone.

Apple inspected my computer, the third MAC purchased since November 9, 2009. No new repairs or replacement are forthcoming by Apple the damage to my computers constitute intentional acts at the hands of third parties, which are not covered by warranty. Apple also advised me that I cannot use my computer for "blogging" unless I move my sites to private secure servers and install adequate security systems. The Sedgwick Hackers are tunneling through the free hosting sites of my blogs to hack into my computer systems.

On Friday, January 15, 2010, I noticed very strange blog activity on my tracking logs. The Hackers took down my Wordpress hosted blogs and redirected them to Google to gain sole access and control. It took me hours of computer, customer service and telephone time to regain access and autonomy to my blogs and websites.

Nevertheless, my blogs will remain offline until they can be moved to a secure private server with adequate internet security. This is yet another expense that frankly, I can ill afford. I've incurred over $50,000 in losses to repair and replace my damaged and corrupted computers and peripherals. The Sedgwick Hackers break into my DSL line, within seconds after I log in. Therefore, I must use a more secure method to access the internet. Last month's bill was almost $400.00. I've lost my blog revenue as a result of this cyberharassment. My damages are substantial and continue to rise.

My only remedy is legal action. A preliminary injunction is the only course of action to prevent the unethical Sedgwick Detert attorneys and Sedgwick Hackers from accessing my blogs and websites in any capacity whatsoever. Sedgwick Deteryt Management continues to ratify the malignant actions of their attorneys and agents and representatives. An injunction carries criminal enforcement for violators. Perhaps the threat of jail time and mandatory fines will deter continued hacking. Each intrusion of my blogs and websites will constitute contempt of the court's order. The penalty for each violation is six (6) months in the county jail and a $500.00 fine.

Admitted Computer Hacker Ryan Daisaku Kusaba lives in North Hollywood, California. He recruited Jon Wheatley and the DailyBooth hacking crew to hack my computer and websites to threaten and intimidate me into forgoing criminal and civil prosecution against him for his computer crimes, which continue to date. Accordingly, Kusaba is criminally and financially liable for the cyberstalking and computer hacking by those acting at his direction. It is an irrefutable fact that Ryan Daisaku Kusaba was hired by a Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold attorney to hack into my computer. The Psycho Sedgwick Attorney became "fired up" after I filed a California State Bar complaint against him as a result of his repeated acts of unethical and deceitful conduct in a civil action brought against a Sedgwick Detert client.

The Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold law firm, including but not limited to Sedgwick General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon, Michael Tanenbaum and Curtis Parvin has been on adequate and competent notice of these ongoing criminal and despicable acts for almost one (1) year. True to form, my complaints have been routinely ignored. The willful refusal to by Sedgwick management to control the actions of Sedgwick Detert partner James Craig Williams aka Craig Williams and cohort referred to herein as "Psycho Attorney," has subjected me to continued harassment which has risen to an intolerable level of terror. I live in a state of constant fear, anxiety and distress.

Worthy of note: The Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold law firm flatly rejected my nominal $500 demand for replacement of a damaged computer caused by their attorneys and hackers. Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon refused my $500 settlement demand almost one (1) year ago. The property damages I have incurred to date have risen to over $50,000, excluding the devastating emotional and physical injuries I have suffered. Legal action for adequate and punitive damages, far in excess of my original request, will be prepared and filed by counsel in due course. Criminal and State Bar investigations are still pending against the Sedgwick Detert perpetrators.

In November 2008, Ryan Daisuku Kusaba, a web developer at Sony Imageworks Interactive was identified by law enforcement as the computer hacker who broke into my computer to destroy and delete my legal documents in ongoing litigation against a Sedgwick Detert client. The Sedgwick Detert Psycho Attorney on the case hired Kusaba to break into my computer. He was referred to hacker Ryan Kusaba by his step sons Sam Friedman and/or Alex Friedman, computer gamers.
